I’ve managed to get hold of this wee beauty, "Bitter Lemons of Cyprus," by Lawrence Durrell. The book is linked to 1950's Cyprus focusing on the build up to the invasion of Famagusta in 1974.
I've read a couple of chapters now and am thoroughly enjoying it so far as it is very descriptive and full of imagery. I'm sure this book will fuel my mind with some great inspiration.
